Victoria and South Australia are experiencing the worst bushfires on record. Much has been reported about it in the media here in Australia. These reports have been both happy and sad - they've had us cheering, and then crying. Reports of extremely heroic acts of the fire-fighters battling the blazes, and miraculous survival stories have been followed be extremely sad stories of people losing their entire family, their friends, and the roof over their head.
My thoughts and prayers go out to the survivors, the fire-fighters and those who have lost loved ones in these dreadful and relentless blazes.
